Site assessment booking terms

Your booking fee

The fee shown above includes GST and covers a CARINA site assessment booking for your selected Single or Double carport. It is not payment for the carport or its installation.

Australia-wide service

Assessments are available Australia-wide. Please provide the complete installation address. Our team will review your details and contact you to arrange the assessment. Payment does not reserve a specific appointment or guarantee site suitability, installation approval or a final installation price.

Requesting a refund

You may request a refund of your booking fee. Email info@umaxenergy.com or call 1300 950 868 with your order number. Our team will review your request and contact you about the refund.

Credit toward your purchase

Your paid booking fee can be credited toward your subsequent CARINA purchase. Provide your assessment order number when arranging your quotation. Any amount already refunded or credited cannot be credited again.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
