What is reviewed during the site assessment?
During the site assessment, our team will review the installation area, site dimensions, ground and access conditions, positioning, solar orientation, electrical connection requirements, and any potential installation constraints. This allows us to confirm site suitability and prepare the final installation proposal.
How can I purchase?
Start by booking a site assessment. Once your site has been assessed and confirmed as suitable, we’ll provide the recommended system configuration and final installation quotation. You can then approve the proposal and proceed with your order.
How much is the site assessment, and is it credited?
The site assessment fee is AUD $99 including GST.
The fee is fully refundable or can be credited toward the product cost if you proceed with your purchase.
Will I need council approval?
Council approval requirements vary depending on your location and local council regulations. We can conduct a preliminary check based on your installation address and assist with the application process if approval is required.
What warranty and specifications apply?
The product comes with a 15-year product warranty. Technical specifications vary by model and configuration and will be confirmed in your final proposal.
The 15-year warranty covers the product only and does not include labour or installation costs.
